The above information is submitted by the undersigned for the purpose of opening a new account. The undersigned expressly agrees to make payment in full to Hampton Hardwoods for all purchases invoiced. Applicant will give advance notice to Hampton Hardwoods of any change in ownership or business structure. Should the undersigned default in any such payment, the undersigned agrees to pay a late service charge on any amount at default at the maximum rate permitted by law, and at Hampton Hardwoods’ option, amounts owed to us by the undersigned, and all amounts owed to us by the undersigned become immediately due and payable.

The undersigned also agrees to pay a reasonable attorney’s fee and all other costs incurred by Hampton Hardwoods in the collection of any obligation of the undersigned pursuant hereto. The agreement shall become effective when accepted by your authorized representative. The undersigned shall not transfer or assign this agreement without prior written consent of Hampton Hardwoods.
